Angola
 Angola is situated on the Western coast of Southern Africa. It has an area of 1,240,000km2, which is about one seven of the region of China. The population is about 13.96 million . Its capital is Luanda, where the inhabitants are about 4 million.
Angola also possesses deposits of oil and 30 types of minerals, including diamonds, iron, gold, phosphates, copper etc.
Angola is the second largest oil producer in sub-Saharan Africa after Nigeria. The daily output of crude oil, which has currently reached 1.5 million barrels, will increase to 2 million barrels in the year of 2008.
After 40 years of war, Angola finally has obtained the enduring peace in 2002, and entered into a new era of reconstruction. The war destroyed most of infrastructure. With the sustained political stability and economic development, Angolan government is actively reconstructing their homeland. |

It is a broad framework for collaboration among countries of the South, in the political, economic, social, environmental and technical domains. Involving three or more developing countries, South-South cooperation takes place on bilateral, regional, sub-regional and inter-regional bases.
